The price of gold in Egypt Today, Tuesday, March 18, 2025
The global price of gold
Gold prices rose on Tuesday to a new record high, as gold prices rose near 3,028 dollars per ounce, surpassing the previous record set last Friday at 3,005 dollars per ounce.
The reasons for this rise were the decline in the US dollar due to weak economic data and concerns about the pace of growth in the United States, along with the increasing burden of public debt, geopolitical tensions are back on the rise in the Middle East after the Zionist entity bombed the Gaza Strip again after the previous truce, also the escalation of the trade conflict caused by US tariff policies attract investors to gold as a safe investment option.
