Japan's Nikkei Index Closes Lower on Friday
Japanese stocks closed lower on Friday, with the Nikkei index declining across several sectors. Transportation and telecommunications were among the worst performers.
Among the leading stocks that saw significant declines were Hino Motors, Ltd., down 5.4%; Daikin Industries, Ltd., down 5.2%; and Rohm Ltd., down 4.3%.
The Nikkei index itself fell by 0.10%.
On the other hand, Olympus Corp. was the top performer, rising 6.9%.

Regarding the analysis of the Japanese Nikkei index, the index declined today to levels of 51,912, before retesting the support levels from which it had previously rebounded, located at 51,940.
This recent behavior suggests the possibility of continued decline and a break below the support levels. Should this occur, we could see a drop to levels of 49,512.
