Gold prices rose locally in Egypt in the middle of trading on Thursday to record the 21st caliber, which is the highest traded in Egypt, at levels of about 3380 pounds to buy, and almost 3350 pounds in case of sale.
Despite the stability of the dollar price in most Egyptian banks with slight rises, where its price stabilized between 49.20 to 49.30 pounds per dollar, while the dollar price in the parallel market rose slightly to the levels of 49.55 dollars after it had exceeded the barrier of 50 dollars this week.
