Dell Boosts 2027 Outlook as AI Infrastructure Demand Soars

Dell Technologies shares jumped more than 9% in pre-market trading on Wall Street after the company raised its financial outlook for fiscal year 2027, driven by strong demand for AI servers.

The company reported quarterly revenue of approximately $47 billion, a 58% year-over-year increase, exceeding analysts' expectations of $44.92 billion. Dell also raised its annual revenue forecast to $192 billion, up from $167 billion previously.

The company expects AI server revenue to reach $74 billion in fiscal year 2027, reflecting the growing role of AI in its business growth.

Dell shares rose 9.1% to $462.82, a strong rebound after a 6.8% decline in the previous session, as the company continues to benefit from the surge in spending on data centers and AI infrastructure.
