NVIDIA Announces Resumption of Sales in China
NVIDIA announced the resumption of sales in China for its H20 AI chips,
which sent the company's shares up more than 5% today.
According to Bernstein, the company's resumption of sales in China
will recover billions of dollars and boost profits.
Bernstein also raised the stock's target price to $185.
NVIDIA also confirmed that it has received promises from
the US government that it will soon obtain the necessary licenses to resume operations.
In conjunction with the announcements, the company announced
a new type of processor, specifically for China, that will be ideal for AI factories there.
Morgan Stanley
On the other hand, Morgan Stanley announced that despite the positive news,
there is uncertainty surrounding the relationship between the United States
and China, and that this uncertainty could pose a significant obstacle
to the Chinese external market in the near term.
Morgan Stanley also stated that there are some positive signs
between the United States and China, especially after CEO Jensen Huang's meeting
with US and Chinese officials regarding trade relations.
