Massive Smuggling of AI Chips Worth $1 Billion

According to a report published by the Financial Times,

a massive quantity of AI chips from Nvidia has been smuggled

 into China, valued at over $1 billion.

According to the report, these Nvidia chips were B200 chips,

which are banned in China and are only available on the black market.

According to the report, these chips are being sold 

in the Zhejiang and Guangdong provinces.

Other chips, such as the H100 and H200, are also being sold.

Nvidia Statements

According to Nvidia's statements, the company denied any evidence

of these chips being illegally smuggled into China.

The company also confirmed that any attempt to build data centers

 using these smuggled chips would be technically ineffective,

because the company only provides its services to authorized products.
