Japan's Nikkei Index Falls Sharply at the Close of Monday's Trading
Japanese stocks closed sharply lower on Monday, with significant losses across several sectors, most notably transportation and telecommunications.
Among the leading stocks that saw the steepest declines were Nomura Holdings Inc., down 6.8%; Japan Airlines Co Ltd, down 5.9%; and Shizuoka Financial Group Inc., down 5.8%.
The Nikkei index itself fell by 1.36%.
On the other hand, the top performing leading stock was Toppan Printing Co., which rose by 8.6%.

Regarding the analysis of the Nikkei index, it fell to the 57,051 level, reaching the previously identified buying demand zone.
Currently, the index is expected to rise to the targets set at $58,400 and $60,000 respectively.
However, if the support levels are broken and the price closes below them on a daily candle, we may see a continuation of the decline towards the next level near $54,800.
