Japan's Nikkei Index Falls at the Close of Wednesday's Trading
Japanese stocks closed lower on Wednesday,
with losses across several sectors.
The transportation and paper sectors were among the biggest losers.
The leading stocks that declined by the end of trading were:
SUMCO Corp., down 6.2%
Toppan Printing Co., down 3.2%
Konica Minolta, Inc., down 3.1%
The Nikkei index also fell by 0.34%.

It continued its decline, reaching levels around 48,300.
Therefore, a rebound is expected soon.
If it rebounds, the index may target levels near the previous peak of 51,500.
