Japanese stocks closed Thursday's trading session

with sharp declines, as several sectors recorded losses.

The most notable sectors to report losses were 

transportation, telecommunications, and paper.

The most prominent leading stocks that declined at the end of trading today were:

DeNA Co Ltd shares fell by 6.6%.

Renesas Electronics Corp shares fell by 5.5%.

SoftBank Group Corp shares fell by 4.6%.
