Japanese stocks are falling at the end of trading on Thursday

Japanese stocks fell as the Nikkei index declined on Thursday.


Japanese stocks closed lower on Thursday.

The worst-affected sectors were telecommunications and transportation.

The worst performing stocks were:

Trend Micro Inc. fell 8.3%.

Dainippon Screen Mfg. fell 4%.

Taiyo Yuden Co. fell 3.8%.

The number of declining stocks was approximately 1,863.

The Nikkei index also closed lower by 0.88%.

Among rising stocks, the best gainer was Renesas Electronics Corp., which rose 3.5%.

The Japanese Nikkei index continues to move in accordance with our previous analysis.

The index is still in a clear upward movement toward supply zones,

located at 39,526.

The outlook remains focused on buying with any decline.

It is possible to consider buying if the index returns to the previous demand zones,

located at 37,145. However, it is preferable to enter

after any buying signals appear on lower time frames, such as the 4-hour time frame.
