Goldman Sachs still expects US stocks to rise but !!

Ben Snyder, chief strategist of the US portfolio strategy team at Goldman Sachs, spoke in an interview and said:

- The fundamental background of stock prices is still very good.

- He cites the strong profits achieved by US companies, confidence in the continued decline of inflation.

- Bullish risks seem to be greater than bearish risks at this stage.

- One of the very obvious upside risks is the need to raise earnings expectations even more.

- It expects long-term upside but expects little or no gains from here in 2024, The S&P 500 is already above Goldman Sachs' target of 5,200 at the end of the year.
