Europe's major stock market indexes opened higher Tuesday pending new inflation reports in Germany and the eurozone due Wednesday and Thursday, respectively.
Later in the day, the U.S. will receive an update on home prices and then consumer confidence, with federal data monitoring during the current period that could boost the Fed's confidence in raising interest.
The DAX opened 0.34% higher with Zalando SE growing 2.21%, the FTSE 100 advanced by 0.61% and the CAC 40 expanded by 0.29%.
The Eurostoxx 50 index rose 0.09%.
