US indices open mixed

US indices opened trading on Tuesday

mixed, with the Dow Jones being the only Wall Street index to rise

at the start of trading.

Dow Jones

The Dow Jones opened 0.25% higher.

The index is moving sideways today after the recent sharp decline.

The index rose today to 46,781.

Nasdaq

The Nasdaq opened 0.41% lower.

The Nasdaq fell today to 24,517

following the recent downward trend.

S&P 500

The S&P 500 opened down 0.85%.

The index has since resumed sideways movement, reaching levels around 6661.
