Global auto stocks rise on new trade deal
Auto stock markets rose on Wednesday.
Tesla shares rose 0.30%.
Ford shares rose 0.20%.
Toyota shares rose 14%.
Nissan shares rose 8%.
General Motors shares rose 1.7%.
Kia shares rose 8.5%.
Hyundai shares rose 7.5%.
Honda shares rose 11%.
This global rise is due to a trade deal concluded between
the United States and Japan. President Trump described the deal as
"the largest trade agreement in history."
The trade deal stipulates that Japan will invest more than $500 billion
in the United States, and its exports will be subject to a 15% tariff.
