Apple approves a version of the WeChat application.
Apple has officially approved the release of a version of the WeChat application, owned by Tencent, to be compatible with its new iPhone 16.
This version provides improvements to the WeChat Moments feature, which is similar to the Instagram social networking service.
Apple also requires a percentage of the revenues of the WeChat mini-games section, which may reach 30%.
So far, Tencent has not announced its approval of Apple's terms yet.
