A New Buying Opportunity for the Dow Jones
The Dow Jones has risen as we anticipated from previous demand zones
located around the 48,000 level, and has successfully reached all targets.
It has also established new demand zones, a strong indication of continued buying pressure.
The long-term outlook for the index remains positive.
Therefore, we recommend looking for buying opportunities during any correction,
provided the identified demand zones and the ascending price channel
shown on the chart are not broken.
Expected Buying Zones
As mentioned, new buying demand zones have formed around
the same areas from which the index previously rose,
namely, the 48,000 level. Therefore, these identified zones remain
the best buying opportunities should the index retest them.
If the index falls back to the identified demand zones,
we expect to see another rise to the index, targeting the 48,700 and 49,500 levels.
The analysis fails if the demand zones are broken and the price closes below them with a full candle.
